One of the questions I get asked most as a St. Charles family photographer is, Where should we take our family pictures? As a family photographer serving St. Charles County, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Cottleville, Wentzville, and the greater St. Louis area, I love helping families choose locations that fit their personalities while giving us gorgeous natural light and stunning scenery. Some of my routine favorites are:
🌳 **Lakeside Park** – A beautiful location featuring mature trees, walking paths, open green spaces, and peaceful water views. It's perfect for family sessions, maternity photos, and playful images of young children.
🌅 **Frontier Park** – Nestled along the Missouri River in Historic St. Charles, Frontier Park offers incredible sunsets, riverfront views, rustic fences, and beautiful landscaping that photograph beautifully year-round.
🏛️ **Historic Main Street St. Charles** – If you're looking for charm and character, Historic Main Street is one of my favorite places for senior portraits, engagement sessions, and branding photography. The brick streets, historic architecture, seasonal flowers, and unique storefronts create endless opportunities for timeless I take lighting,
timing, backdrop, family outfits and so much more into consideration when picking the perfect family photo location!! You know how much I LOVE that golden sunlight and open fields for running and playing!
